Accepted Answer

An AI-native strategy and operations platform that helps serious builders make better decisions to improve their chances of achieving their business goals. Designed for high-uncertainty, innovative businesses, siift acts as an execution filter that helps navigate what to do, focusing you on the rights things at the right times to build a successful business. It offers a visual summary of all your key business data, data-driven AI guidance, collaborative features, and agentic automation abilities across your entire stack. It is also a truly private AI system that leads industry privacy, not training AI models on your ideas or intellectual property.

Question 2

Who is siift for?

Accepted Answer

siift is for serious builders; entrepreneurs, business owners, founding teams, growing startups, product leaders and enterprise innovators who want a more reliable AI that actually helps them make better decisions in a collaborative fashion.

Question 3

What is a "New Business OS" exactly?

Accepted Answer

The New Business Operating System is an AI-native strategy and operations platform that helps anyone building a business zoom out and make better decisions towards their business goals. It functions as an execution filter, leveraging AI agents to handle tedious work while keeping the humans in control of high-level decisions, by navigating the increasing amount of data, tools, workers and noise we must deal with in today's modern world.

Question 4

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

siift incorporates all the best practices for building a business into a professional AI harness that offers organized, step-by-step, objective guidance grounded in your operational data and feedback loops to help unlock tangible progress, and then helps you scale what's working with efficient, coordinated automations. It serves as an MBA in a box - a more accessible alternative to business coaches, startup accelerators, entrepreneurship playbooks, yes-man chatbots and aimless agents like OpenClaw or an AI wrapper. It builds a master context engine that orchestrates work across your tools with more efficiency, trust and scalability.

Question 5

How is siift different than other AI tools for founders?

Accepted Answer

siift strives to be the most professional and collaborative AI business tool on the market.

We do this by building entrepreneurship and innovation best practices right into our (patent-pending) AI harness; with automatic validation loops, auditable and grounded advice, and proprietary data architectures combing with classic frameworks to help get granular about your strategy and actually keep up with your evolving business.

This results in a few unique benefits to users:
1) reliable data-driven AI guidance and progress tracking
2) easier collaboration (both with humans and other tools)
3) more scalable leverage as your business grows
4) a truly private AI that doesn't farm your data, or train on your ideas and IP

Question 6

Does siift replace teammates, advisors or accelerators?

Accepted Answer

No, siift complements them. We believe humans judgement and leadership is irreplaceable, especially for innovation. But many builders cannot access or justify that level of human support, so siift bridges the gap.

Question 7

How do you ensure accuracy?

Accepted Answer

We've developed several unique ways to automatically ground our AI in real-world data in a dynamic and granular way, as well as a hyper-structured context architecture that minimizes the guessing and probabilistic nature of AI models, plus multiple guardrails to reduce errors and improve reliability. We also use state-of-the-art AI models, not just the cheapest thing we can get away with. Through all this, we strive to provide accurate information, but cannot guarantee perfection, as all AI systems can make mistakes.

Question 8

What is siift's stance on security and privacy?

Accepted Answer

siift is a leader in privacy-first AI for founders, entrepreneurs & other innovators. Beyond your standard encryption, SOC-2 of Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) - we prevent Intellectual property leakage. We believe our users' data is their intellectual property, and have set a transparent and professional user privacy policy and terms of use from the start. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure that does not share your data with AI model providers and we do not farm your data or share it with anyone without your voluntary opt-in on a case-by-case basis. Default is private. As we grow, we have several other initiatives underway to further protect users, such as compliance with PIPEDA and SOC 2.
