siift takes users privacy very seriously, and uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure that is PIPEDA and in the process for SOC 2 compliance, as well as partitioning user data from AI model providers, other users, and third parties. We use SOTA AI models, changing as often as needed to balance of performance and value - these are implemented on our own servers with no direct connection to the model providers so that user data is not used to train public or third-party models.

We strive to provide the most accurate information possible, but acknowledge that our systems can make mistakes, especially regarding AI model inference and outputs. That being said, we use a proprietary data and inference architecture, as well as many safeguards to reduce the chances and impact of errors. Infact we believe that our approach results in better performance than many competitors.
