What happens to my data?
siift is deeply and categorically committed to our users' privacy. We are pioneering truly private AI solutions that does not leak your sensitive information or intellectual property to anyone, including indirectly to AI models for training purposes.
How does the subscription work?
You get a set of free credits when you sign up, which are consumed based on your usage of services on the platform. Different tasks cost different amounts of credits, and once you upgrade your plan to a paid tier you will get extra credits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, users get free credits upon signup, and can get more free credits by inviting friends.
Do unused credits roll-over to the next month?
No, sorry, it is too problematic for us to offer roll-over credits at this time.
How is credit consumption calculated?
Credit consumption is based on the proportional effort per agent turn; the more inference and tool calls used, the more credits we charge you. Each turn costs at least 1 credit, and up to 20 credits. Agent turns can include multiple requests, depending on what you ask.
What if I need more credits, how does this scale?
If you use more than the standard credit budget for the month, you can simply buy more credits in one-time batches at a discount. As your project grows, you will be able to add more teammates for an additional fee.
How are your prices set?
Our business model prioritizes honesty; we ask for a sustainable amount for us to run our business without compromise on capabilities, quality or privacy of your data. We are also not subsidized by big investors money and planning to hike up rates on you down the road. We simply charge enough that we don't have to cut corners like serve you a weak AI model or farm your data ~ while ensuring we do offer you the best return on your investment of any alternative solution. Ie. we are not the cheapest option; we are the best value one.
